3. Sar-El Program Health Insurance
Fill out this form and take a screenshot after you have clicked "Send Form" - we need to see that your form has been submitted. The screenshot (or an email receipt) is what you need to upload in Application Form 2.

Please note, you should also have general travel insurance (general travel insurance is not applicable to Sar-El registration, but for your own sake we highly recommend). 4. Israel Visa-ETA•IL
As of August 2024, all travelers to Israel must have a valid visa or ETA-IL approval before starting their journey. NOTE: When asked, the main purpose of your visit, choose "Visit (Tourism)".
