1. Medical Certificate
Medical Certificates are only valid within 12 months of Sar-El participation.

3. Sar-El Program Health Insurance
Fill out this form and take a screenshot after you have clicked "Send Form" - we need to see that your form has been submitted. The screenshot (or an email receipt) is what you need to upload in Application Form 1B.

Please note, you should also have general travel insurance (general travel insurance is not applicable to Sar-El registration, but for your own sake we highly recommend). Other kinds of Sar-El insurance and further information can be found here. Yedidim info. For age 80+ years of age, please email Einat.

4. Israel Visa-ETA•IL
As of August 2024, all travelers to Israel must have a valid visa or ETA-IL approval before starting their journey. NOTE: When asked, the main purpose of your visit, choose "Visit (Tourism)".

After you have received your ETA•IL approval, scan or take a photo with your phone so you will be able to upload it to us.
